Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of the Bank from Madras Stock Exchange

Madras Stock Exchange has informed the Bank vide their letter number MSE/LD/PSK/731/374/11 dated 16.09.2011 that as per Banks request the admission granted to dealings on the Madras Stock Exchange for the Equity Shares of the Bank has been withdrawn and the name of the Bank has been removed from the list of Listed Securities of the Madras Stock Exchange with effect from 16th September 2011.

However Equity Shares of the Bank will remain listed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
