No. IOB Gift Cards are issued without any KYC requirement, making the issuance process simple, quick, and convenient.

3. What is the maximum balance allowed on the card? the maximum value that can be loaded on the card is ₹10,000, and the outstanding balance cannot exceed this amount at any time.

4. Is the card reloadable?

No. The IOB Gift Card is a non-reloadable card. Once the available balance is exhausted, the card cannot be reloaded.

5. Where can I use the IOB Prepaid Gift card?

The card can be used at merchant establishments across India for purchases at POS terminals and for making online purchases, wherever prepaid cards are accepted.

6. Can I use this card for shopping or general payments?

Yes. The card can be used for shopping, dining, entertainment, and other general merchant payments within India, subject to merchant acceptance

7. Can I withdraw cash using this card?

No. Cash withdrawal is not permitted on this card.
