Up to 30 years for comfortable EMIs
Repayment period to align with and extend up to the tenure of the underlying Home Loan account.
Up to two Home Equity Loans may be availed simultaneously
No prepayment or pre-closure charges
EMI for each loan shall be fixed separately and shall not be clubbed. The EMI of the original Housing Loan should not fall below the originally committed instalment amount.
LTV ratio shall be maintained as per the stipulated norms for the existing Housing Loan and the proposed Top-Up Loan.
