ATMs & Cash Recyclers (CR): Overview

Overview:

Bank has an ATM/CR network of 806 ATMs and 2816 Cash Recyclers spread across the nation as on 31.12.2025. With the presence of our ATMs and CRs we ensure that customers are never too far from an IOB ATM or an IOB CR. All major Debit/ATM card issued by members of NFS, Visa and MasterCard, Discover, JCB and UnionPay cards are accepted at our all ATMs and CRs.

A Cash Recycler is a machine with additional capabilities of accepting cash deposits. Any person holding a valid debit card can use the CR machine for withdrawal. However, for using the CR for depositing the cash, customers need to have either his/her Indian Overseas Bank debit card or to know beneficiary's account number in Indian Overseas Bank.

Self Service Passbook Kiosk (PBK)

Self Service Passbook Kiosk is an automated kiosk where in customer can print their passbook on their own. A Passbook Kiosk recognizes the account details from a Bar Code which needs to be affixed on the cover of the passbook. This bar code affixing can be done in any Branch of the Bank wherein a Self-Service Passbook Kiosk is installed. This is a onetime activity and until the passbook is fully exhausted.

PBK is a fully automated machine having the ability to auto align and update the customer passbook without any intervention of any branch staff or the customer. Customer needs to simply insert the passbook into the kiosk from the last updated page and the PBK shall start printing from the next line. Once the page is full, the passbook is ejected and customer needs to turn the page and reinsert again incase there are more transactions to be printed. Once all transactions are printed customer can take the passbook.
