(b) For DND (Do not Disturb) Registration: To avoid the inconvenience caused by Unsolicited Commercial Calls, customer can opt to block all commercial communications or can selectively block commercial communications as per preference categories through the Telecom Service Provider’s App/ Website, TRAI DND App, or Call/ SMS to ‘1909’.
(c) For Registration of Complaints: In case of receiving spams in spite of registering on DND: Make DND complaint at the respective Telecom Service Provider’s App/ Website, TRAI DND App, or Call/ SMS to ‘1909’
List of Outbound Services Available through Contact Centre:
- Awareness calls through voice blast to the borrowers prior to the due date of payment of dues.
- Agent calling for reminding Overdue amount of SMA0, SMA1 and SMA2 accounts.
- Agent calling for Digital Drop Off for loans applied through digital/online mode and handholding the customers for completing the journey.
- Agent calling for Digital Drop Off VKYC – SB account opening through online journey which were dropped off and assisted by handholding the customers for completing the journey.
- Agent calling for Leads received through Various Channels and pushing the leads to respective branches for business conversion.
- Agent calling for reminding to pay Overdue/NPA amount of Credit Card.
- Agent calling customers for call back option and abandon calls.
